Prop Firms Washington DC/MD/VA Bmore?

Any prop firms in Washington DC/MD/N.VA, Bmore area ? seems like zilch its a tragedy that there is none here.

 

Bright used to have one in Herndon, VA.

 

I know T. Rowe and Legg are both HQ'd in bmore...would they have their trade desks there?

 

already know that there hq'd there, dont know if there prop/or trade desk there, but im looking for a private prop firm.
