Hello all! I am looking for a tech ETF ticking the following boxes: 1) Profitable tech only: profitable companies with positive cashflows, solid balances, reasonable debt, reasonable P/Es, not dependent on investors and easy monetary policy to survice, etc. Basically, ETFs based on companies like MSFT, AAPL, GOOG, etc as opposed to TWLO, PTON, UBER, etc. 2) Liquid in the option market. Thank you very much!
The closest fit for your needs are probably the tech dividend ETFs, TDIV and TDV. If any of the component companies pay a dividend, then they are probably profitable.
