Simply use your 2nd / backup trading platform. Let other people contact the TOS help desk. Then their lives will be shortened. You just Sit back and enjoy. Without you doing anything, the problem will 'miraculously' be fixed. The trading platform problem is not a rare problem. Be kind to the trading platform technicians. They are humans. always imagine it is your son working as a trading platform technician. And the department is severely understaffed due to stingy management. So Don't stress them too much. The more you complain, the shorter your life. Do you not have a 2nd / backup trading platform?!?! I have multiple trading accounts/platforms.
Yes, and it's happening more and more often. I was without data from 8:30 to 8:58 Market time. Internet browsers were fine, order entry platform was fine, but no TOS. I don't know the answer to your question as to why, but yes. I was down as well.
%% Their 50dma seems off also ; but I dont use them that much. But strangely thier P+L seems to be a bit more accurate[updates] than SCHW. AT end of day , works out well anyway.......................
