Yahoo Finance. Google Finance. All option brokers should provide that info - including yours. You can check option quotes 24/7.
Since options aren't traded before 930 EST US there is no bid/ask or last price. So how would Yahoo show the price?
I think the original poster wanted to know whether Pre-Market/After-Market trading is possible with options, since with the underlying stocks it is possible.
marsman: Your statements make no sense! 1) I use TOS, who DOES provide Bid/Asked during and After market (after market is static, but present). If his broker does not provide the data as he stated, perhaps he may want to consider another broker. 2) Re-read the post "it's possible to check ...", not TRADE.
LOL! Read the question again, and also the thread title. It's about premarket, not "during, and after market"... Do it yourself, man! Usually the options Bid, Ask, Change, and Volume will be reset (cleared) about 1h (or 2h with some others) before market opens. Maybe he tried exactly in that time... OTOH Bid/Ask is a different data besides LastPrice, so it is unclear what the OP exactly means. BTW, here's another example for buggy options data:
Precisely. It's reset to $0. Which is why I was asking if there is a way to check and see before open.
