Pre Market After Hours Long or Shorts

How can you tell if the purchases during these hous are longs or shorts? Im only asking cuz someone just bought 3 million shares worth of SD stock at .20 and i cant seem to find out whether this is a short o long position

 

Is the price up or down?

 

At the time of the time the purchase it was slightly up.

 

it went from .1951 to .20. But how does that indicate anything??

 

Either you get an indicative move or the volume isn't big on a relative basis. Probably a cross trade.
