This looks like a good product: https://www.duonamic.com/ I really like my Perfect Multi-Gym doorway pull-up bar, but it is a bit bulky for travel. This one looks very travel-friendly. And although I prefer something that doesn't move while using it, it looks like a fair compromise when on the road. Just thought I'd share my find.
This one might be better; it appears more stable, and accommodates a wider range of door frame widths and molding heights: Or this version by the same company: https://www.jayflexfitness.com/products/crossgrips
Check out baseblocks.fit Not portable but for when you’re home It doesn’t fuck up your doorway - so I like it
I have a version of those, although not quite as tall, that I use for chest dips, and inverted rows with feet elevated: https://www.decathlon.ca/en/bodybui...04-demodelsize-254/26187-demodelcolor-8379822 But I want more clearance from the ground for pull-ups. For both dips and pull-ups, I bend my knees, but I want my hips to be fairly straight. Thanks for the thought, though. The portable units above don't seem that they would cause damage, but I couldn't say. I can tell you that my Perfect Multi-Gym caused no problems, and I've been using it since the beginning of the pandemic, although I've owned it for a longer period of time (just in case I couldn't make it to the gym; that worked out well). I placed sponges where the unit leans against the molding as an extra precaution. So far, so good.
