Youre assuming the bible has history of the encounter right. We know the bible has many historical facts wrong. We know the bible is writen by humans. We know Christians believe everything in the bible is correct and is the true written word of a god. We know that christian facts and and non christian facts constantly clash. Christians believe from faith and trust and a biased mind. Non believers believe from adding 1+1 of numerous amounts of historical data. Jesus and Siloam is irrelevent and highly likely ficticous.

I thought I read about Siloam in a translation of Flavius Josephus works. It’s there in the Jewish Wars. Are you skeptical about Siloam or a Jesus?
Skeptical of many bible stories. Yeah Pool of Siloam may be factual but when you stitch together a book generations after the fact, hindsight and fiction become a wonderful thing. Jews are people, they know how to bullshit like the best of us, they are not a bunch of lilly white people.
