Sandra Bland, on her arrest, behaved like an animal towards the arresting policeman. She stressed him out so much that he had to tame her by pointing a Taser at her. The signs of insanity and aggressiveness were there for all to see. A few days later, Bland had hanged herself with a bin liner. Lets have a debate as to why.
Poll needs an "all of the above" selection. She's Black. She hates White cops. She grew up around Black people [that hate Whites]. She lived among Black people [that hate Whites]. I'd be suicidal too if I was from a culture of losers/haters.

The heroic arresting policeman was extremely lucky that Sandra Bland was not carrying a gun. In her mental state she may have shot him. The arresting policeman did the right thing by pointing a Taser at this irrational person Bland.
He should have just shot her as soon as she saw she was black and didn't indicate her turn as he was pulling her over. That would have made him even more heroic. But the way he escalated the situation was masterful. Just a wonderful over the top power trip. Doesn't matter, she is dead and that's all we could hope for. Another dead black at the hands of the heroic sacred police.
She had a squad car on her tail, changed lanes to let him pass, he pulled her over for not signaling. She had a right be be upset about that. Most people just think about getting out of the way when a cop car is behind them. This cop used bad judgment and allowed this dubious pull-over turn into a felony charge of assaulting an officer. He should have written the ticket and put up with her not being happy about it. Why stop her from smoking in her own car when the ticket was almost written. I don't doubt it was suicide. She probably was an emotionally fragile type and thought she was going to lose her new job from the felony charge.
Cops can surely be assholes. Psychopaths are drawn to police work. The general Caucasian population has 1% psychopaths, from my experience way more than 1% of cops are psychopaths. Psychopaths like easy victims and I'm sure they go after Blacks before all others. Nonetheless Blacks are crazy to do anything other than what the rest of us do when a cop is screwing with us: Grin and bear it and get on with life. Fighting uphill is stupid but she may have been trying to cash her Jessie Jackemup lottery ticket or something, who knows what she was thinking if she is crazy enough to kill herself.
No, shooting her would have been totally wrong. But he did the right thing and pointed a Taser at her when she started to behave like an aggressive, wild animal. She was clearly mentally ill, which would have resulted in her hanging herself with a bin liner.
