For stock trading into the Single digit I'll use Box Size 10cts Double digits I'll use Box Size 1pt Triple digits I'll use Box Size 10pts with reversal 1 Same as with Candlesticks I check the dominant bar, Pretty sure this is not the usual way of reading these charts, But it removes noise +++ if we focus on the dominant bars + breakout. Well … I trade Price Not time nor volume. But I agree P&F isn’t easy nor sexy. Volume charts aren’t easy neither, Not portable across instruments and cycles. The volume has to be tailored to the peculiarities. Time charts are easy … 5min works everytime, everywhere.
