Awesome! Dumb ass perps - you can see at the end how stupid they are (although all of their actions are asinine) when they stand up outside the cover of their vehicles and are shooting. the first shots are not even remotely aimed, and then they present themselves to be taken down.

The commentary claims it's a video from a REAL LA PD chase in April of 2011. How am I supposed to know whether that's true or not?
