Please recommend a Futures brokers for the European region

  1. I am with IB at the moment and I can't hate it more. I know you guys have plenty of options to choose from in the US but in Europe is way limited, I am struggling to find a broker that offer these bullet points.
    • Direct access to the CME group futures markets
    • Full API for Futures and Options on Futures. Rest API
    • Platform independent, I won't install any Windows application
    • No Spread Betting, CFDs nonsense
Thanks in advance for any reply.

To get an api that doesn’t run on windows, I don’t think that exists.

if you're doing decent volumes give Britannia and/or Marex Spectron a call.

If you're also willing to use an US - Broker you should check out Dorman. Have always been happy with them

  4. Britannia looks out of my reach, just by noting the fact that I can't see any way to open an account. They look oriented to professionals. :D

Marex Spectron looks pretty good, I will definitely check them out. They allow me to open an account straight away, so that is a plus.

Dorman looks like the one I was looking for, with plenty of connectors, including the Rhythmic API. If they are in the US and allow European customers, well that is a green tick.

Britannia clears via Marex, so if Britannia is too big, Marex is out of reach. Minimum account size is 1m^^

Go with Dorman. Family owned business and they're around for ages. I started out trading futures with them 20 years ago
