that's sad and all, but why cry over Bernie? Most democrats didn't want him in office and stayed home to spite the centrists and we ended w/Trump.

Chris Hedges has a monotone way of speaking which is too bad because most people cannot sit through the speech. But the words are truth and enlightening. He begins speaking at 3:15.

Remember, remember! The fifth of November, The Gunpowder treason and plot; I know of no reason Why the Gunpowder treason Should ever be forgot!
Bernie would have won, if the matchup were between Trump and him. Socialist nationalism is more popular then demographic/militaristic nationalism. Hillary won because: 1) the DNC rigged the nomination by giving her all superdelegates 2) Bernie stood down on the Hillary email scandal (still under Congressional and FBI investigation). Bernie should have opened his mouth and slammed Hillary for her criminality. Instead, he gave her a pass. So the DNC threw Sanders under the bus. No good deed goes unpunished, apparently.
