I can't say I'm surprised. Trump's America First policy doesn't fit the globalist mold. Plus I have to assume that most people from other countries don't follow U.S. politics very closely, and their opinions are formed by the media coverage which is overwhelmingly negative towards Trump. I'm actually somewhat surprised the number isn't higher.
To be honest most of the world hasn't liked us, except when they need Uncle Sam's help and $$. Now that Trump is squeezing that a bit, the rest of the world is a little more uncomfortable with us. Tough toenails.
