    OVERALL, SEC does good work;
    not that thier new climate change scam rules make any sense, \most likely thrown out in court, peradventure election time @ the latest.........................................

    It's about people who fall under the knife of the SEC and get involved legally with them. Once the case is settled, apparently the person settling with them is gagged for life.
