They're looking to propose this so that when (if) Biden is elected, there is a method in which to get him out of there and put Kamala in.

Yes I do see that, but it also could be viewed as them being desperate at this late hour that perhaps the Biden "lead" is not one.

She is playing to her base. Her party is fed up with her, particularly over her failure of negotiate in good faith for Covid stimulus. A handful of House leftists don't want her to make any deal under any circumstance and she has folded and surrendered to that caucus.

This woman has been incredibly destructive to the country.

Women are unsuited to hold power due to their tendency to become tyrannical. Its the only thing Islam has right.

To the base but Trump calling Harris a "monster" because she is not white and a woman.. as usual. His "unlikable woman" card is played out.

He is done. As are you boys, you won't find it in yourselves to ask forgiveness in time I expect.

"Speaking to reporters in Arizona, Harris declined to comment, other than to call Trump's remarks "childish." But Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden did respond, calling the comments "despicable" and "so beneath the office of the presidency.""

Agreed, doing it in this fashion has the appearance of Anti-Trump (even though Pelosi is standing there saying the opposite) but they can use it regardless of the election’s outcome, either Trump or Biden.

Someone correct me, but if the President is incapacitated, doesn’t the power automatically go to the VP. When Reagan was shot by Hinckley, didn’t power automatically go to Bush while he was in surgery and recovering?

Yes... the power would go to Pence if Trump is medically incapacitated.

Rest assured, they can't do it and even if they could, The President would have to sign the bill which he would not do and they would not have the votes to override his veto. This is also why it is super important to get ACB confirmed as soon as possible, so that we can get a bit more constitutionality on The Court.
