PDT Question?

    I'm new to trading and I am still a bit confused about the Pattern Day Trading Regulation.

    My question is if I buy a stock Monday sell it Tuesday and re-enter the market buying a different stock on Tuesday does this qualify as a day trade?

    no, it doesn't.
    to avoid having 25k in an account, do overnight trades or move into futures.
