Over/under for The State of the Union Address??

Because of the president's health, I am wondering how long it will be. I can see staff yelling at him to NOT deviate from the teleprompter!!

I bet it will be less that 10 minutes...That's my under!!

President Washington used about 1000 words the first time. Two presidents died before they had to give their speeches!!

I would LOVE for someone to turn off the teleprompter and see what happens...I bet they have two or three back ups just in case.
