OTO orders

I'm stumped going through the IB directions for conditional orders. I'm trying to short 500 shares of XYZ and when that is filled buy 500 of ABC. Is this not doable? Must be. Can someone walk me through it? Thanks in advance.

 

Do you want to submit this order manually in TWS? Or via software, using their API?
