From Investopedia The Pink Sheets was a listing service with loose listing requirements for over-the-counter (OTC) stocks that feature highly speculative penny stocks. Playing in OTC stocks can be rewarding, but also more risky than those on listed exchanges. They are GARBAGE STOCKS...Think of a company that has 5 quick oil change locations!! Unless they own the property and they found rare earth metals under it, the stock is not worth owning. The paper work to clear the stock (when it goes bankrupt or is in litigation) can take over 10 years to clear. My brother died over 10 years ago and had a OTC company that is still in litigation, even though it is bankrupt. We still get a quarterly report about what is going on...Even though the estate cleared out over 9 years ago!! Just for your time and sanity...Don't touch them!!
