Oregon voting on making it okay to use heroin, meth, cocaine, Lsd, oxycodone, ect

  1. One of the problems I see with this is it keeps these people available to commit other crimes like burglary, ect. And people that are high commit more domestic assaults and other crimes. Plus small time dealers are making money from the sales. And the small time dealers get their drugs from the big time dealers which makes them money.

What's next? Little stores where you can buy these drugs along with your marijuana? This must a bad joke.

Doubt you'd be able to comprehend this topic fully. It's much better to legalize drugs completely, which means lower prices, cleaner product (less work for medical professionals), much less work for police, less people in jail - hundreds of millions in savings over many years.

Your assumption that keeping drug use illegal somehow lowers crime is a joke. Drug users use the products whether they're legal or not.

The ones fighting to keep drugs illegal are the cartels and mafias of the world who would suffer catastrophic losses with legalized drugs.

  3. Lower prices for drugs: Easier to get for the drug addicts. How nice.
Less work for the Police: Well lets just defund the Police then!
Less people in jail: Yes, they would be on the street robbing people. How nice.
Hundreds of millions in savings: Who saves the money? Who gets the savings?
Let's increase drug use and see if it REDUCES CRIME? What a joke.

If drugs are legalized then that tells everyone on the Planet it is okay to use heroin and meth, ect.
The drug cartels want that more than you can possibly imagine. They will still sell drugs. And they still do. Everywhere.

I doubt if you will understand what I just wrote. I hope it is not because you are on drugs yourself. :(

By the way, in states where marijuana has been legalized, more people are dying in car crashes. And this is just ONE example of the fall out from legalizing that crap.

Oregon: The progressive leader of BS.

Drug addiction is caused by miserable lives. This has been established by many research papers. People don't just get addicted because it's "fun".

Less work for police is good, especially when dealing with someone caught with half a gram of whatever - it's a complete waste of taxpayers money. Police should deal with actual crimes of violence and property damage, not waste hours dealing with a tiny bag of weed.

No-one starts using heroin and meth just because they're legal. Don't be an idiot with that 1940s mindset.

When drugs are legalized and anyone regulated can manufacture them, drug cartels cease to exist. Simply because they are dependent on drugs being illegal - which means high margins and a completely black market.

Pretty funny you mention car crashes when marijuana does not impede motor skills like alcohol does. Do you have any data on this or is it just your opinion?
