I signed up with https://www.optionmillionaires.com/ for a trial and decided to cancel as was not suitable for my style of trading.

I sent two emails on 18th and 29th October to cancel the subscription and received no reply to either.

Today $99.99 was taken out of my banking account, obviously without authorisation.

I went into the chat room and posted a message regarding this. The message was immediately deleted, and I was blocked.

I took screen shot of both my message and the ban, attached. Plse message me if any more details are required.

How is the business identified on your bank statement? And does the description contain a phone number?

Even if it does, it may not provide a resolution. Those phone numbers--even for merchants that are completely legitimate and honest--often go to a recording that identifies the business, says that they do not have phone support, and directs you to their website. And you can't leave a message.

But it can be interesting to see what name they are using to charge your account, and sometimes the phone number provides additional clues.

Having searched the internet there were several complaints regarding these tactics.
I can understand the message being removed, but not for being blocked from the entire site.

Sorry to hear this. I expect you'll eventually need to dispute the charge with your banking institution.

Their website looks shady as heck... it doesn't even have a proper SSL encryption (broken browser padlock). Never submit sensitive/banking/personal information to a site that doesn't have SSL encryption enabled correctly! Looking at the browser padlock icon is a minimum requirement. Plus, they don't have a phone number listed.

If you have any doubts about the integrity of a business, always reach out to them before buying a product or service from them. They need to gain your trust first!
