does anyone use this broker? could you share your opinion about the quality of their executions, cancel pending orders? Do they route directly for execution or they trade on your order? I am not a day trader but I would like to have good executions and be able to cancel my pending orders easily and fast.
It is weird that no one has post comment about this broker. If someone has experience with this broker please let us know too.
I've had an account with them for a few years and refuse to trade any type of volume through them. Some of the worst executions I've ever had. I still have some holdings with them only because I've been too lazy to transfer the stuff and it doens't cost anything to stay with them. Trade with IB now and like the executions much better. Investrade is decent for a swing type trader but I think there are better brokers for that.
Had a couple of accounts at Investrade for about 3 or 4 years. They started out pretty good as for commissions and customer service. They simply haven't kept up. Spread orders are a nightmare especially canceling a spread order. The software is antiquated and horrendously slow. There are no live quotes except through a slow pop-up that is not self refreshing. Obviously I am in the process of moving those accounts.
