open a TD Ameritrade account without green card or visa?

I would like to know if it's possible to open a TD Ameritrade account
If one lives in the US, but doesn't have visa or green card?

Why not open an account in your own country where there is probably, a TD Ameritrade branch? Would probably, be easier for you to provide documents. In the US, you will probably, need to provide a drivers license, detailed personal and financial information. All you need is a computer to trade from anywhere on the globe.
