Waldemar Kanzana owner of kongzanatrading.com was sent this nice cease and desist letter from Ohio's Department of Commerce. Those guys are actually doing their jobs... https://www.comapps.ohio.gov/secu/secu_apps/FinalOrders/Files/2016/16-009 Waldemar Kazana C&D.pdf Voldemort met these nice couples in the local Bible study group and for a small fee he handled their money to the order of 160K loss for one couple. Hey, just when I wanted to sign up for his room, promising 3.5% monthly returns... I am always late.....although the website is still up, so there is hope!!!
i'm in the wrong business, there are too many suckers out there that give their money away to people with a hint of persuasion
He can't even lie correctly. On his website he promises 3.5 % returns a month and 42% a year. If you accumulated growth at that rate you would have an annual return of 55?%, not 42. Because you would be returning 3.5 percent in January, then 3.5 percent of 103.5 in February etc.....It's closer to 55% interest a year not 42. I can't find the formula to figure out compounding monthly interest, only annual. That is a similar mistake that Bernie Madoff made. He also said that if you invested 10,000 you would have 1M in 20 years. If you had a monthly return of 3.5 percent every month....it would not take 20 years to reach 1M. I wish I could find the right formula to figure it out...... I think it's bad enough to deceive an investor, an investor, but it's pretty cold blooded to steal from someone that goes to your church. Check out his website.... Read his remarks and his sales pitch. http://kongzanatrading.com/index.html http://www.investing.com/members/9511
To be fair, here is his side of the story: https://futures.io/attachments/214000d1471298194 Looks like that was a previous deal and unrelated to the trading room. I couldn't find the performance referenced on investing.com...
What I don't get is, why did it take 3+ years for the DoC to send the letter??? Did the couples complain only recently?
