I have read it wasn't independently tested and they chose not to before being put into use also. That alone would have been a big no for me.

Rush considered design criticisms a serious personal insult.
    Woke mindset meets reality.
Implosion happened in 1/1000 of a second.
They never knew what hit them.

Not only that, they wouldve been incinerated too

" ... The air inside a sub has a fairly high concentration of hydrocarbon vapours.
When the hull collapses, the air auto-ignites and an explosion follows the initial rapid implosion, Mr Corley says.

Human bodies incinerate and are turned to ash and dust instantly.

Why would the "sub" have a high concentration of hydrocarbon vapors inside it? Were the guys huffing paint thinner on the way down? I think Mr. naval sub officer is exaggerating for effect there.

Cripes, it sounds like the guy was using Boeing and NASA to prove what he was doing was safe. Boeing basically is saying we told him we don't want anything to do with it, and NASA says they did some video conferences and weren't thrilled by the materials being used and that expanding it to a 5 person vehicle was probably a bad idea. Sounding more and more like a con job.
At the same time I get a kick out of all the clowns coming forward now saying we knew this was going to happen. So why the hell didn't they say something before it imploded. James Cameron is running arond as one of these "I knew it would happen" experts. He easily could have used his public platform to derail it.

I read that in 2018, three dozen Industry "Experts" penned a letter to Stockton Rush, advising him against the Project. Stockton Rush's Lawyers then threatened Legal action against those speaking out, or something.
