White House Won’t Rule Out Pardon to Protect Clinton From Trump Justin Sink November 10, 2016 — 3:50 AM SGT The White House on Wednesday wouldn’t rule out issuing a pardon to protect Hillary Clinton from prosecution by the incoming administration over her use of a private e-mail server. http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/a...rule-out-pardon-to-protect-clinton-from-trump Time to prosecute both of these idiots who have ruined America.
Most of the more recent problems that exist in the US eminate directly from George W, Bush's tenure ( the Iraq War, military hawks, ISIS forming; the subprime mortgage crisis developed entirely on his watch ). Longer term issues with the the economic disparities in the US and shrinking middle class began developing under Reagan and worsened over decades. Social conflicts and racial pressures in America are even older in nature and just never got fully resolved. Blaming Obama and Clinton for any of this is ignorant. The idea that the email stuff is somehow meaningful when Bush was involved in what many would characterize as war crimes is absurd. Bush defied Geneva Conventions, imprisoned people without due process, and embarked on a senseless war. Meanwhile, several US bankers created the subprime crisis that disrupted the world's economy; most got off scott free with a nice settlement check to go away. But you think your problems are with Clinton and her emails ? Wow. She may have been careless and a typical American politician taking full advantage of the system that American citizens supported and helped create, but get some real perspective, it's not her that "ruined America". Maybe look more at yourself and lack of personal accountability first, better educate yourself and those around you, improve your country one step at a time. Or your doomed to mediocrity that lawsuits and bs won't fix.
In case you haven't watched tv (or you only watch Canadian tv) America isn't ruined anymore. We are now on the path to greatness. A return to abnormalcy.
I actually more or less agree with this. The problem is, crimes were committed by people with high government positions. It's not a question of blame or proportionality. It's preserving the rule of law and the quaint concept that the law applies equally to all, regardless of position. I actually wish Obama would pardon Hillary. It would remove an unnecessary distraction for Trump, plus it would taint Hillary and Obama permanently. I am far more concerned about the apparent attempt to bribe a high FBI official by a huge campaign contribution to his wife. That strikes at the heart of our justice system and cannot be tolerated. It requires a special counsel to investigate it fully and reassure the American people that justice is not for sale.
All the wars we've been involved in were not Bush or republicans doing. It was the establishment's doing, as we've seen during Obama's term and Hillary's plank. She can't wait to go to war in Syria, something that Obama tried but failed to accomplish. It's no different with the financial crisis. It was just as much Barney Frank's fault as it was Bush. The establishment were all in it together. Hillary is in GS back pocket. Besides the establishment, the fed's insane policies to drive interest rates below where they should be drove investors into yield seeking mode looking for higher income. The investment banks were providing customers what they wanted, not ramming cdo's down their throats. Fraud by the banks was a smidgen of the problem. Old wall street saying--more money has been lost reaching for yield than at the point of a gun. The continual effort to blame Reagan for everything is nauseating. If you really want to see a gap between rich and poor, look at the leftist leaning gov'ts that make it impossible to live unless you are a gov't crony. Like Brazil for instance.
You cannot pardon someone who is not being charged while you are President. When her trouble comes Obama will already be long forgotten and likely serving as Sect-General of the UN.
I wish President Trump would charge her, appoint his ''special prosecutor'' Rudy Giuliani who in his own special kangaroo court has already found Hillary guilty..
