NYBOT Sugar 11 Contract Months

    Hi all,

    Does anyone know the reason for the non regular NYBOT Sugar 11 contract months?

    They are: Mar, May, July, October; most other futures have a regular distribution throughout the year.

    The months probably coincide with harvest in different parts of the world.
