    What a shitty writer!
    When the CEO cashed in,
You have to report it immediately, not a month later!

Most likely Nvda CEO cashed in on 20 Jun 2024.

Anyway, next outdated, old, archived news, please.

It doesn’t have to be disclosed immediately. There are rules based on how the sales are done.

a CEO has a 100 reasons to sell his stock and only one to keep it. It’s probably smart for investors that he sold enough shares to set up his future generations for life. Now he can focus on long term growth and wealth creation without thinking about funding his desired quality of life.

  3. A little old cause Finviz.com had his sales, almost 2wks ago. It's literally peanuts as he has something like 80M shares of Nvidia. If I recall he sold when it was $130/$132. It looks like he sold again, this week, in 120K share blocks as I just looked at Finviz (https://finviz.com/quote.ashx?t=NVDA&ty=c&ta=1&p=d) scroll to the bottom and it shows all of the insider sells.

He owns ~866M shares so selling ~1.5M shares is pretty insignificant.

Even Jeff bozos is selling stock off

    Uh ohhhhhh.......

Nah don't worry. Even if they sold off all the millions and millions of shares they owned it wouldn't make any difference. Stocks don't care about when they sell.....

What's his vesting time? Hand cuffs are off

given that he founded the company, I’m sure there’s no vesting time.

Looks like his grant awards vest over 4 years. Didn't know he was the founder

You put things in good perspective.

No matter our size, it is always prudent to take some money off the table the day it became the most valuable company in the US.
