Rep. Mark Walker (R-NC) has been caught up in a federal corruption probe that has rocked the North Carolina Republican Party and led to the indictment of former congressman Robin Hayes (R-NC), Politico reports.

“A Walker-controlled political committee received $150,000 from a business owner, Greg Lindberg, at the same time Lindberg allegedly asked him to pressure North Carolina Insurance Commissioner Mike Causey to replace his deputy.”

“A federal grand jury has indicted the chairman of the North Carolina Republican Party and a major Republican campaign donor on conspiracy and bribery charges,” the Raleigh News and Observer reports.

“Robin Hayes is also charged with three counts of making false statements to the FBI. Hayes had announced Monday that he wouldn’t seek another term as NC GOP chairman, a decision he attributed to health concerns.”

There is already an existing thread on this subject but exGOPer needs to act juvenile and start another one with a spiteful subject rather than using the existing thread. I take it that exGOPer will continue to act like a child spooling multiple duplicate threads abusing the ET forum everyday as part of driving his political agenda.
