What's the difference between remote prop firm and normal prop firm?

  2. I will take an educated guess:

A remote prop firm will let you trade from anywhere - their office, your home, the library, Starbucks, etc. While a "normal" prop firm requires you to trade from their office.

Really? "Remote" only means free work place? Nothing with trading?

  4. Remote means operating from a distance -- kind of like a remote control for the TV.
a normal prop firm means you're kind of like basically inside of the TV

And if you are remote you have your own performance bond and risk on your side.

The corresponding side of "remote" is "on floor"?
