These shipping companies stopped shipments to and from Russia:

MSC, Hapag-Lloyd, Ocean Network Express, Maersk.

Together they command 47% of all container traffic.

  2. Wow Ukraine really pulled a fantastic PR coup with their fake stories on twitter. I am sure Putin expected sanctions, but to have everyone refuse to do business with .RU surprises me. Maybe not him though.

"Fake stories on Twitter" have nothing to do with it. Unprovoked military invasion of a neighboring country does.

  4. There are unprovoked military invasions going on all over the place. Why this one in particular? Because it was a great PR coup. Ghost of Kiev was literally a made up story. Sunflower seed lady? Made up.

The fog of war allowed this kind of thing to flourish which gave people the idea that Ukraine had the military might to stand up to Russia. They do not, which is why they had to win hearts and minds first so they can borrow fighter jets, javelins, etc.

Russia doesn't care about hearts and minds.

Everyone was expecting UN to fall within few first days, but they did manage to hold the Russians.

Only two or three days later, when the illusion of the invincible Russia disappeared, when Ukrainians proved that there will be no Russian version of blitzkrig - weapons started to reach them.

Noone is borrowing anything. Other nations give it because the Russian regime is a scourge of this and 20'th century, that needs to be dealt with.

What sucks tho, that simple citizens on both sides have to suffer.

    ~But war. War never changes~

How stupid that is. As humans. Our whole existance we are fighting over the land & resources.

    How stupid, that is.

All the Russian ports or just the ports in the Black sea?

Anyway, shipping companies wouldn't want their ships to be in the Black sea.
Some of the ships were damaged in the Black sea.

It's been sung about for a long, long time. Music is the oracle, and the warning. We as a people simply do not listen. Such a shame. Someone needs to send Putin this song, RIGHT NOW, strap him into a chair, and make him listen to it for 8 hours straight. That cocksucker.

Not in the heart of Europe. This is not due to "PR":

    * NATO and EU united like never before
    * Sweden, Switzerland, even San Marino - ditch their centuries-old neutrality
    * Germany overturns 75 years' worth of defense policy
    * Sweden not just not neutral, sends weapons to Ukraine
    * Both Finland and Sweden leaning towards joining NATO
    * No Western goods. No clothes. No IPhones, no Apple Pay, no Nike
    * Blocked from West financial markets
    * Nord Stream 2 canceled
    * BP and Shell walked away from Russian partners.
    * Caused Europe to (finally) reevaluate their energy policies away from reliance on Russia, both short and long term
    * Shut out of most European airspace
    * Boeing and Airbus not supplying anything to Russia anymore - good luck maintaining your airplanes
    * Most of the oligarchs sanctioned
    * Kicked out of Eurovision, FIFA, hockey league, and a dozen more sports associations
    * And most of the civilized world united in admiration for Ukraine and its leader

All this is not because of "fake tweets".
