No answers from trading firms

I dropped some mails to Rithmic and Lightspeed about their API but received no response. Anyone knows how to contact them/why they do not reply?

 

I'd phone them, and do so next week (lots of people gone or not really paying attention this week).

 

Just a holiday week in the states. The Rithmic guys are pretty good about answering emails. Or just call them.
