Why are they begging for tariff exemptions?????

Wasn't the main Absolute plan for these tariffs to bring manufacturing and jobs back to America

WHY the fuck are they begging for tariff exemptions?????????????

If they are begging than they are screaming at the fact that they will not be manufacturing footwear here in the US....why not???

They should be breaking ground now on new manufacturing facilities in America at this very second.

Once trump lifts these tariffs off of nike and adidas, which he will, will only be letting us know that it was just lies about wanting to bring manufacturing back to America

A major footwear trade group sent a letter to President Donald Trump this week asking him to exempt shoes from his so-called reciprocal tariffs.
Brands such as Nike, Adidas and Skechers co-signed the letter.
The letter claimed the tariffs pose an “existential threat” to footwear businesses and families, and that under the scheme, inventories would soon run low.

  2. Brands are way overrated and hyped. Built on emotions, psychology, greed, power and mind control

I wish the Government printed standard clothing...and the tag said...Shirt, Pants, Belt, Shoes....in normal standard black and white boring font. Exact same thing for restaurant concepts, vehicles and education.

Within weeks Trump will lift the tarrifs on all or many of these companies

Even the ones like autos which he so desperately wants back in the USA manufacturing but will never happen.

Like I said in 5 years you won't see any new manufacturing facilities in America, it's nothing but lies

Its been known for decades that creating products in America would be extremely inflationary due to the standards, policies, politics and governing ways of how produces produce in America vs other countries....

As I said many times, no company is coming to the US to manufacture anything anytime soon, its just lies to make you believe are trying to create opportunities for the worling people.. if they were to do so though, inflation would come roaring back and knock the hell out of most people already living paycheck to paycheck....

I find it amusing that some random guy on facebokk is showing you more of what needs to be known, that video needs to be blasted to the public. Telling you the truth behind the hudden curtains of what is really happening ....sad thing is there is nothing we can do about it.

A few days ago I watch one of Trump's picks for energy say that Trump policies has been great for America while he was standing in a new plant but then he continue talking (bashing the prior administration)...he then inadvertently admit two new plants were built from the billions of dollars that Biden poured into energy incentives...he said it with a sheepish smile on his face.

The billions of dollars were from Biden’s approvals of pipelines and other fossil fuel projects when he violated his climate change promises...upsetting many young voters.

Biden's fault and it now allows Trump to claim fossil fuel projects as his own. He then briefly mentioned the boom of construction now in "economically distressed communities" benefiting from Trump's policies and then he inadvertently mentioned the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, CHIPS and Science Act, and Inflation Reduction Act without saying they are Biden's policies that received bipartisan support from congress...

All of this after Trump had initially suspended the Inflation Reduction Act back on January 20th, 2025 via an executive order and then a Federal Judge order the Trump administration to resume the funding of the already "awarded funding".

Trump did resume the funding and now claims it's his policies of bringing manufacturing jobs back to America. :sneaky:

So far, it's foreign investment money coming to America but they have not built any manufacturing plants but they promise to do such to gain exemptions from tariffs.

Example is Johnson & Johnson a major pharmaceutical company of products like medicine and vaccines that the White House is now bragging about J&J plan to invest $55 billion in U.S. manufacturing, calling it a "massive victory in President Donald J. Trump's unrelenting pursuit of American manufacturing dominance" in a statement on the White House website.

J&J is the same company that Biden got to promise to build plants in America instead of abroad in other countries without the increase in pharmaceutical prices for Americans.

Simply, Trump's tariffs were going to increase the cost of pharmaceutical drugs for Americans but J&J will now be exempt when it invest $55 billion in U.S. manufacturing that it had already promised to do for the Biden administration.

Recently, Trump stated in an interview that children should be vaccinated (not mandated) when he was questioned about the Measles outbreak in America.

Guess who benefits? More manufacturing jobs from Merck to increase vaccine production in America...a $1 billion dollar investment in America.

It reminds me of the TikTok fiasco when it was Trump that initially wanted it banned, pursued congress to want it banned, the Supreme Court got involved and agreed.

Trump is now looking for an American buyer so that he can claim another victory in saving TikTok if the bid is accepted by Amazon to buy it while manufacturing revenue/shipments slows at Amazon...another great victory for Trump. :banghead: :D

Hollywood can not make this up.
