Hello everyone. Just a final update regarding the issue between Stage 5 and NFA to let you know that the case is settled as of November 09, 2022. I have been following the case since I knew about it and in my opinion this has been a minor issue that can happen to any company, as there was no intent to wrong doing and the case was easily settled with just a small fine. Thus, for me it has been and will continue to be business as usual with Stage 5. Lastly, I want to publicly show my appreciation to Stage 5 and in special Anthony Giacomin for keeping me well informed during the entire process.
