NFA Complaint Against Stage 5

    As a customer of Stage 5 I got concerned at first, but I reached out and was informed what this issue really is.

    However I couldn't help to find this following information very "strange" - to say the least - and will let it here to be considered by everyone that will read this post:

    Hello everyone.

    Just a final update regarding the issue between Stage 5 and NFA to let you know that the case is settled as of November 09, 2022.

    I have been following the case since I knew about it and in my opinion this has been a minor issue that can happen to any company, as there was no intent to wrong doing and the case was easily settled with just a small fine.

    Thus, for me it has been and will continue to be business as usual with Stage 5.

    Lastly, I want to publicly show my appreciation to Stage 5 and in special Anthony Giacomin for keeping me well informed during the entire process.
