newbie option put expiring soon.

i am new to options, my put options is expiring next week. what is the best way to exit.

Simply sell it, for whatever reasonable price you think you may be able to get.

 

May I ask you why you are redacting the quantity and average fill price?

@destriero Is there any possible way that this information being known by the rest of the world will screw up his position?

I can understand redacting personal information. But why redact the price of a position? Is the whole world going to destroy his strategy because they know the above redacted information?

If so, I know nothing of this earth.

 

If it expires on Wednesday next week in green will I be credited the profits and would there be any charges from the broker. It’s tdameri brokerage.

 

It was just for personal reasons nothing to do with any strategy. It was more to hedge but sadly the put is only thing green. It was minuscule quantity.
