Got a new pc yesterday, everything was running fine, did a basic windows update and now it won’t fully boot for some reason. The computer is on but nothing ever comes up on the monitors, any suggestions?
A couple of things to try. If your monitor has multiple connections (HDMI, DisplayPort etc.), navigate to your monitor menu and make sure you are using the correct input port. Maybe the monitor glitched and chose the wrong input port... If you use a graphics card, try plugging a monitor into your motherboard's HDMI output - perhaps it's displaying there. Which brand of PC/model/motherboard are you using?
I have had this happen. Turn on the computer and right away hit "Esc" multiple times (I think that is what I did). That may allow the computer to start in a different mode and may allow you to do a system restore to a point prior to when you did the update.

First thing to try is booting into BIOS/UEFI. If that is successful it will let you know that there is nothing wrong with the monitor or the computer. The next step would be to boot into the rescue environment using your rescue disc/thumb drive and remove the Windows Update.
Useless, he wants a real computer. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=mac+does+not+start+up+anymore&t=newext&atb=v1-1&ia=web
