    Hello,
I already have my own system that i have been trading with a significant amount of funds. I do not need education either to start or ongoing. Currently I trade only the futures and futures options markets. I plan to step into other areas.

I am looking for a prop firm that will allow access to all markets(bonds, equities, futures, etc), be able to work remotely and independently, allow me to leverage my significant funds to a higher level, a firm that will not dictate strategies to me. The firm should also have an API that will allow me to write my own software. I do NOT need a salary, but will look to take home a signifcant %age of my earnings. Also I do not trade intensively.

Are there any good prop shops for this kind of a situation?

    Thanks,
    KTC

  2. where are you based / where do you want to trade?

    RhinoTrader,
I am based in Atlanta and would like to trade remotely from home. If the firm allows for remote trading, I guess it will not matter where the firm is located. Why do you ask the questions?

Do you have any good recommendations?

    Thanks,
    KTC

  4. I know two firms that are looking for good emerging managers from this prop world. How scalable are your systems or stategies. PM the amount of capital that you can deployed and I will give you the info and contacts of these two Firms/Funds if there is a fit.

I want to be able to trade remotely. If they will not be able to allow me to trade remotely, then I will consider them but will not be my first preference. It does not look like OPUS trades futures and futures options.

IDEALLY I want a prop shop that trades equities, equities options, futures, futures options, bonds, forex, etc.

    Thanks
    KTC

  6. why go for a prop firm when you already have sufficient capital. all you need is a couple online brokers.

  7. Opus allows futures trading, at least they used to. Def no options though.

    Hello,
I want to go to a prop firm because I want to increase the amount of capital I have to use. This would help me generate more income on a monthly basis.

As of now I definitely need to be able to trade futures and futures options. Without that ability I will not be of much use. Also, I need to be able to hold positions overnight.

  9. I am in a similar position like the original poster and I am interested in firms that will allow me to trade futures and hold overnight.
