But looking to hire someone that can create a Twitter bot that covers a group of companies I follow. - Moving Average Alerts for a group of companies, - SEC filing Alerts, - Earnings, - Auto Retweet of Public Company Twitter Handles - price action +-5% alerts)? - Volume Alerts If someone has this skill-set then please let me know.
Lots of run around with questions and no's. Beyond the auto retweet automation, most aren't familiar with cap markets.
Responded to one inquiry so far. I thought it would be easy but running into roadblocks. Surprised it isn't more common. I see it more in Crypto and US OTC stocks. I want to use primarily on Canadian tickers but will take what i can get.

I think you are having difficulty finding someone because what you want is not just a twitter robot (which is quite a trivial task). You'll need stock price data retrieval (good luck finding a cheap and reliable source for Canadian stocks), handling of splits/dividends, a 10-K report parsing service.. this is not trivial at all, and will be very prone to errors, and hence a very risky task for a freelance programmer to take. Make sure you get proper maintenance if you find someone. This is from someone who wrote a very simple robot posting daily updates on a portfolio of securities and still has to tweak it sometimes months after the initial release
Most Canadian tickers have an OTC foreign ordinary symbol anyway. I see what the Competition has and I am wanting a similar functionality. I know it's possible but haven't networked my way into the right connection for programming yet (just a matter of time) What matters most for me is increasing the views and impressions and a scalable solution I can use. Paying a programmer for regular tune-ups is okay as it's cost of doing business more than covered by the revenues. Report Parsing I don't think is needed. Newswire services have been disseminating press releases to thousands different platforms & outlets. I believe that will be easier than the filings.
I do this for myself, check out my handle @DVTrader1 Can you find the tickers you are after using yahoo finance? If so we can make it happen. Interested to see if what you pay is worth the time to build! But at least I have some starter work to leverage.
