I'm looking at this volume indicator in the Quote Details on TWS (See screenshot). Can someone please explain this to me? The mouseover balloon says the small white horizontal line is the Average Daily Volume (ADV). The thin grey vertical bar is the Current Volume (V). And the white thick vertical bar is the ADVn (Average Daily Volume Now)

I think I know that the ADV is the average volume for the last 90 days but is Volume (V) the total cumulative volume for the day (and only goes up as day progresses)? What about ADVn (Average Daily Volume Now)?

I can't wrap my head around using this feature at a glance.
    Thanks.
