Im 22, Electronic engineer, work @ the family business, i've read a lot about this, im starting to develop my own system to make decisions in order to trade, I'm not papertrading at the moment, just reading. I'm from Panama, I want to get experience in the US as a trader, Im thinking about getting a graduate degree in the US ( MBA, MSc in finance or economics) to earn a ticket to work there in a fund, get experience and then come back and set up my hedge fund. What I like? Stocks and bonds only. I dont know if paying $80,000 for a degree and spending 2 years of my life would really give me the opportunity to learn to trade in the US from real pros, and gain the proper experience. or working in a firm here ( which are uncompetitive when compared to the ones in the US) and build up my own system and then trading it...
I was given the opportunity to work in a wealth management company, they sell "Investment products" to clients and earn fees by doing it, they dont trade nor invest, but I met the owners and they were traders... What I really need is a freaking mentor...
