Any broker that doesn't is probably going to land into regulatory trouble.

 

I believe there are brokers that allow. I can find 2, but they dont have direct market access for otc stocks

ameritrade - but they generally send the orders to a market maker like cdel and execution is very slow.

 

Are you sure the market maker is citadel and not some chop house in Florida?

By definition illiquid stocks are not tradable.
