neck pinched

    A good chiropractor can fix your issue in one or two sessions on that funky table they use that goes "BANG".
     
  4. No. Neck manipulations are potentially dangerous and should be avoided.

    And you shouldn't try to do sudden necking jerking to try and work out the kink.

    Wife damaged Her SI joint during a Tough Mudder. Orthopedic specialist was pointless. One visit to the Chiro.

    Orthopedists want to cut, PT better IMO. Surgery should be last resort.

    I am waiting for a delayed plane right now. The toe especially if the big toe should be the L5 nerve in the lower back but thats not connected to the arm.. May be two areas.

    I'd try some Deepheat rub + ibuprofen and get a therapeutic massage first.

    The burning in the arm maybe in relation to the ulnar nerve. I have pretty bad burning and pain in my right arm originating at the elbow where the ulnar goes through. Our oldest had to have his Ulnar nerve moved and stapled in place because of the same issue. You could see his slide out of position when he did pushups. The toe, as Bugenhagen points out maybe another nerve issue.
    This reminds me I am supposed to call the doc to get evaluated for the burning and my shoulder which is constantly popping out of joint. Wife is on me for whining about them both.
     
  10. Try this. Sit in a straight back chair, back and shoulders square, arms at side. SLOWLY tuck your chin to upper chest. SLOWLY tilt head straight back until you're looking straight up. If the pain increases at any point, stop immediately. If no increase in pain, repeat process for 10 reps. You should feel some mild relief if this process is working. Wait 2-3 hours and repeat. Do this 3 times daily for 3-4 days. After this period of time, you should have near 100% relief. Again, if pain increases STOP. Toe is a different issue.
