I was thinking about this earlier, all venues are closed for fans, NBA, MLB etc. Kinda hard to make a buck for the franchises when they cant sell tickets, dogs and beer.
True but TV rights still brings in the big bucks......but when a player has the virus, then all bets are off. Probably will wait 2 weeks and then play last 2 games and go right into playoffs.
Well given 10-14 day clear time needed plus if anyone gets sick..the plan could be to suspend rest of REGULAR season and start the playoffs 3rd week of April, 4 weeks away. So will go right to the playoffs is my guess. Stadiums will lose a ton of money for sure.
I don’t think anyone really has a clue yet how this will play out. It might be a 2-3 month shut down for everything, hoping not. This is bad for business.
Going to sit back and grab some popcorn and watch Dems and GOP blame each other for this and not mention China once....
