Treaties can't usurp the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

  3. It doesn't stop the twits in congress now so why should we be surprised to see them farm that out to other nations as well ?

Theoretically anyway. But then the 2nd amendment specifically says our right shall not be infringed. It already has been.

True. In practice, the Federal Government has etched away at the Constitution over the last 40 years. That doesn't mean they can use a treaty to usurp the 2nd Amendment legally. That's the distinction.

If the Supreme Court rules that Black People are only 2/3rds human, like they did in the 1800's, can we put them back in chains?

The point is these fucking idiots, by twisting and perverting the law, have defaced our individual rights, plainly-stated in the Constitution!

  8. back in chains?

They already did that to themselves at least 30-40 yrs ago.
