hey guys, just wanna share something i’ve been dealing with in case anyone else ran into the same thing. back in march i did a pretty big crypto swap using ChangeNOW.io (about $550K worth). right after i sent the crypto, they asked for KYC, i gave them my ID, proof of funds, everything they asked for. this is tied to ticket #507360. but now its been 4 months and i still didn’t get anything back. no real update, just silence. i tried messaging them a bunch of times, even replied to their public tweets like they told me to, still nothing. even some posts i made asking for help got taken down. i started looking into it more and found that ChangeNOW.io is linked to Changelly (i think they might even own it?), and they’ve had some similar stories out there. also saw that Atomic wallet (which had that huge hack last year) and Guarda wallet seem to be somehow connected or at least promote each other. not saying anything for sure, just feels like there’s a pattern here and no real way to get help once things go wrong. if anyone else had issues with them or knows what i can do next, pls let me know. i’ve tried everything i can think of. thanks.
