MSNBC's Chris Hayes has a Twitter meltdown following breakdown of Democrat's $3.5 trillion bill

  1. Whee. I had not considered that we may get to see some dems cry and scream if that big porkulus bill does not pass or does so at a moderate level.

How can that be a bad thing?

With Manchin's announcement, it puts progressive Democrats prized legislation in jeopardy and appeared to cause the "All In" host to meltdown on Twitter.

"THERE IS NO BRUTAL FISCAL REALITY THE NATION FACES; IT IS ENTIRELY MADE UP!" Hayes tweeted.

He later followed up with another all-caps tweet reading, "ON THE OTHER HAND THE EARTH IS GOING TO WARM PAST THE THRESHOLD ITS EVER REACHED WHILE SUPPORTING HUMAN LIFE SO THATS KIND OF A BRUTAL REALITY WE FACE."

I will continue to remind Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema of my $1.0 trillion proposal which will be supported by Democrats, Independents, Republicans if it is adopted by our two esteemed Senators. At the same time, it will torpedo and sink that $3.5 trillion, gargantuan giveaway by Democrats to illegals, migrants, etc. ET trolls you can continue your trolling on the ET message boards while, I do my utmost to help sink that $3.5 trillion bill and ensure it fails and falls off the cliff. I promise you, I will give it 100,000% effort.

  4. Yup, now Don Lemon is beginning to cry along with Chris Hayes over on MSDNC.

Proving once again, that women who hang out together begin to have their menstrual cycles at the same time.

CNN's Don Lemon complains Sinema, Manchin are 'acting as Republicans'

Unfortunately, there are only 2 adult Democrat Senators Manchin and Sinema, with the rest, little children throwing petty tantrums and rolling on the floor, each time the little babies do not get what they want. The House is worst because the Democrat little babies there are out of control with their excess sugar in their veins. They are hyperactive and cannot stand still, out of their minds in anger over not getting what they demand, turning blue while, they hold their breaths.

They are pretty close to getting neither the Bipartisan Bill or the their Leftist Bill from Hell.

Now... me? I would have taken the $1.5B and then worked on the rest but the Left had to link the two bills.... or else, and now they may not get anything and that suits me just fine.

Noticed today that Iron Dome funding was omitted from the Continuing Resolution to fund govt for the next short ass period of time.

  8. What's weird about this cycle is that there has not been a peep about Medicare or SS from either side. As if those problems have gone away so we don't need to even address them.
Usually there is heavy duty combat over it. I mean, nothing gets done but there is usually at least heavy duty rhetoric put out there for the voters.

Not sure where AARP and that crew are these days. We have budgets being proposed by young lefty progressives to give mega-tons of money with no means testing for people to have existing and more kids- child credits, money for child care etc. Not a dime for seniors etc. As far as I can tell anyway. So you are asking the entire present and past workforce to fund child credits even to people making hundreds of thousands and a year and spouse also making that amount. Meanwhile Joe Sixpack is told on a daily basis not to count on SS being there. And in a period when inflation is scheduled to eat up whatever peanuts seniors are getting now.

Could be something in the 80 pounds of bills language but there is no discussion of it. Probably there is a reason for that.

  9. Imagine what they could accomplish if addressing infrastructure was something they actually wanted to do. Of course they would have addressed it 30 fucking years ago if that was the case. Too busy campaigning and grandstanding for nonsense like infrastructure.

I am fine with the Democrats not getting anything. In case, the progressives take Senator Joe Manchin's offer of a reconciliation bill for $1.5 trillion, I have put up a proposal for $1.0 trillion to both Senators Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema to adopt instead. My proposal if adopted by either Senator will sink the dreams of progressives for good. Will remind Senator Kyrsten Sinema that the Democrat progressives are trying to primary her. Might be extra motivation for her to sink the progressive reconciliation bill permanently.
