  2. This is outdated. Bitcoin is now worth over 2 trillion. Or 2 trillion fake tether dollars if you ask some.

What'd you think on Bitcoin future growth potential?

  4. I’m very positive on that.

With gold worth 18 trillion, and Bitcoin being better then gold in every way (except you can’t wear it on your neck), I think a market cap around there is very doable.

Will that happen “this cycle”? Who the heck knows. I’m not saying Bitcoin gets there this year.

but IF bitcoins market cap just hit parity with gold, that is about 800,000 a coin. I think there is a good argument that bitcoin in time will be much bigger than gold.

    so ya I’m bullish.

  5. what’s up @RedDuke hope all is well.

Do you think the fact that Howard Lutnick, who is a huge tether proponent, will be commerce Secretary decreases the odds of a supposed tether conspiracy coming to light?

Lutnick in a high position doesn't prove that tether is not a fraud lol.

An audit could easily prove Tethers legitimacy. But instead they steer away from an audit like the devil avoids holy water.

  7. Of course it doesn’t prove anything.

But don’t you think, assuming there is some nefarious conspiracy going on (evidence of which gets weaker by the day), that lutnick being in this position makes this conspiracy coming to light become less likely?

    No, definitely not.

Lutnick is making a lot of money and he is not liable for Tether being a fraud. He will probably have to pay a fine and that's it.

He has just testified before some committee saying that he believes stablecoins should be fully audited and fully backed by US treasuries. The irony when Tether is neither.

A fraud in crypto is the standard, not exception.

Most valuable is irrelevant if you have already missed the move. Most promising would be much better, but nobody knows what that is.

Probably some shitcoin like Trumpcoin that went up 3-400% a few weeks ago.

Just an observation, but when crypto goes up, other coins usually outperform BTC. The same when it goes down, they drop more. So as long as you are guessing correctly about the direction, you should be in something else than BTC.

  10. look long term. Fey coins have beaten Bitcoin.

all you are saying here is alts are more volatile.
