These are dictator levels of corruption. Even the "fixed" vote can't be right. No way could Trump only get 13 votes to Bidens 1,000 votes.

The problem with recounts in the states/counties that used Dominion software is that there is no hand-marked ballot. Rather, the voter enters their choices on the machine and the machine marks a ballot that gets turned in.
