Depends. Why do you ask? Do you want to build an app for traders or do you need an app for yourself. If so what do you need the app for? Do you want to actively trade on the app? If so what kind of trading? Scalping for ticks, holding for minutes or hours or do you just want a backup app in case your pc/platform crashes? Or so you only want to invest and you don't need charts? So many questions, so many possibilities.
Wow dude so many questions you got there. I was just asking to know what is a good platform, when you want to work with a broket one thing they usually brag about is their software. I was wondering what's good in that context and what's not.
Well, the thread you started and whatever answer you wanted to get out of it can't be given without knowing what you require of a trading app. Scalping, trading for a few minutes, hours, days, weeks, managing positions, ... It's never recommend to trade from a mobile app, it's alright for managing trades if your power or internet are down, but other than that it's not very useful.
I get it. I heard once that most of traders (maybe around 70 %) use mobile apps to trade, it's not accurate but my point is, is it right that the majority use mobile app?
Absolutely not, i think there are very few traders who use apps to actively trade. All i use an app for is to manage my trades if my laptop for some reason is crashing or whatever or my internet is down.
