I have currently been trading between 400-450k in a retail acct. w/ 4-1 leverage. However, I would like some ability to play the IPO calendar on a DVP basis. I realize prime brokers in the states have 600K minimums. Does anyone know of any European firms that offer the same services at a lesser minimum ?

    Thanks in Advance

Try 10 million minimum. Otherwise it's a con job retail with bell whistles

Yea, I'm not aware of primes less than $5 mil. Mini-primes will probably work with you as low as $1 mm. $600k sounds too low, unless you're trading very high frequency.

  4. http://www.triadsecurities.com/ They have a 600k min. Or you can just open an account with Interactive Brokers. They have a min of 500k.

Thanks for the response. I already knew about Triad, Sloan etc. I heard there were a few places in the UK that required smaller balances. I just don't know the names of the firms.

Pretty sure Global Prime out of UK will do it for as little as $250k, and they clear JPM
